Why should I use TORNADOPOWER cloths?

Your central vacuum system represents one of the most significant investments you will make in your home. In addition, it is also an important contributor to your family's health and well-being. With proper care, your central vacuum system should provide years of trouble-free use. TORNADOPOWER is one of the simplest and most effective ways to clean and maintain your central vacuum system.

What do TORNADOPOWER cloths do for your system?

TORNADOPOWER textured cloths are specially formulated to capture dirt and grime residue that exists in the hose and pipe of your central vacuum system. Also, when pulled through the pipe system, these cloths capture larger debris such as pebbles, lint, sticks, etc. and deliver these items to the canister. Finally, the treated cloths "wipe down" the inside walls of hoses and pipes, and their scented solution leaves the entire system smelling clean and fresh.

Can I leave TORNADOPOWER cloths in the dirt receptacle?

The use of TORNADOPOWER cloths should in no way alter the central vacuum system manufacturer's recommended filling intervals. Used cloths can be left in the dirt receptacle and will continue to emit a clean, fresh scent.

How often should I use the TORNADOPOWER cloths in my central vacuum system?

We recommend you use them every time you change filter bags or clean out your dirt receptacle or as often as you like to keep your vacuum system in great condition and smelling great too!

Fits PowerStar Central Vacuum Systems including, Optima, Optima Plus, and Utopia. Bag is 23 inches tall and 10 inches wide and comes three (3) per pack and can be used on any system with a sealed bag of similar size. These are the only filter bags recommended for use CycloVac, M Vac and Power Star Central Vacuum Systems by the manufacturer and complies with warranty requirements. Meets HEPA requirements.

Be sure your system uses the blue colored filter bags. If your system uses the Carbon Dust filters and the filter bags are white with "Power Star" written in blue you will need to order part #FI413. These are different filter bags and will not fit the Power Star Optima, Eden, Optima Plus or Utopia systems that use the blue colored bags.

NOTE: THESE BAGS ARE NO LONGER BLUE IN COLOR. THE MANUFACTURER HAS CHANGED TO A HIGHER QUALITY, BETTER FILTRATED WHITE BAG WITH NO POWERSTAR LOGOS. THEY WILL FIT YOUR SYSTEM JUST AS THE BLUE BAGS DID, BUT WITH BETTER FILTRATION.

These electrostatic PowerStar Aller-X filter bags fit the newer models of the PowerStar Optima, Eden, and Optima Plus Central Vacuum Systems. Also fits the Power Star UPS500a, UPS800A, and UPS900A central vacuums. Each filter bag is electrostatically charged to attract and retain the finest particles of dirt and dust and exceeds HEPA filter requirements. These specially designed filter bags fit the 3 prong filter bag connection.
